Designed in 1935 by pioneering American industrial designer Belle Kogan, the Controlla began life as a Telechron radio timer — allowing early radio owners to switch broadcasts on automatically.
Nearly a century later, this original Controlla has been re-imagined as a sculptural lamp. Its iconic form is preserved, while new finishes, recycled leather, polished hardware, and a globe light with dimmer give it renewed purpose and presence.
