Sometimes I see things.
When I first encountered this object, it was a rusted chrome form — likely a stool or small cart in its former life. What I noticed wasn’t its condition, but its potential.
I imagined new paint and polished metal, a leather-wrapped shelf, chrome muffler tips and ball castors, and a glass orb rising above it all — bringing a quiet, atmospheric light into a room.
