My Driftwood Series, explores the contrast and harmony between natural and man-made elements. This sculptural work combines driftwood found on Ocean Beach in South Wairarapa, New Zealand with a vintage Art Deco-style loudspeaker sourced from the United States. I’m drawn to the unexpected beauty that emerges when organic forms meet industrial design.
