CAMP LAMP (0777) – SOLD
This mid century object started life as a “Bernz-O-Matic” single-mantle propane gas camping lantern. Made by the Otto Bernz Company of Rochester, New York which began in 1876, these latterns were used for many camping trips and back yard adventures in their day. When we rescued it there was more rust than paint and it was ready to be trashed. Now transformed with a shiny coat of red paint. polished brass, and electric light with dimmer, this one-of-a-kind lamp still retains the “camp” look but is ready for a new life indoors!
This lamp includes an inline dimmer switch which allows you to turn the light on and off as well as dim or brighten the light.
